Purpose of the register

The justification for our collecting of personal data is a company’s legitimate right to fulfill a customer or contractual relationship.

We collect the following personal information about our customer organizations and their representatives:
Persons: name, e-mail address, phone number, address
Organizations: business ID, names of contact persons, and their contact information, information about the account and related contracts and orders, other communication information, electronic invoicing information, and electronic communication.

How we use personal information

We use the personal information related to organizations for service and information delivery, for fulfilling contractual commitments, and to advertise our services and products. We store the information for 6 months after contract expiration, and invoice information for 6 years, as required by bookkeeping law.

Your rights as a data subject

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to check the data related to yourself, and have inaccurate information corrected. You can also cancel or change your consent.

You also have the right to object to our use of your data, restrict its use, or have us delete it. Additionally, you can also have us transfer or “port” a copy of your data, or complain to the data protection regulator.

Where we get information from

We primarily get information from the information subjects themselves.
Additionally we may collect and maintain data described in this privacy statement also from public sources or authorities, or from other third parties, within legal terms.

We do not disclose your information to third parties

We do not disclose your personal information to parties outside Ainolabs. Any information we collect is used only in ways that are explained in this privacy policy. Only our employees who need the information to complete their work tasks have the right to use the information. Your information is not disclosed to other organizations for commercial purposes. Your data is only processed within the European Union. Your data may be stored on cloud based services such as WordPress, Google, and Amazon.

How you can influence your privacy

You have the right to access the personal information we store about you, request it to be corrected and if you wish, request the removal of the information. You also have the right to prohibit the use of your information for direct marketing.
